      The Bradley Project Description:

      As you can see, the Bradley's have a beautiful bulkheaded property and

      home (with boat docked n' ready) on the waterways of the picturesque

      Jersey Shore. But, they truely NEEDED a Driscoll Solution before this old

      deck literally feel down and hurt someone.      

      Driscoll Solution Story:

      After visiting a few of our customers with the Bradley's, we decided on

      a stepped down deck design with level octagon, flared stairs, side spa, accent

      lights, planters and of course paver stairs and beautiful planter boxes. They

      also got a first-hand look at our special "Quinn Barbeque Paver Platform and

      Stairs" and wanted one for themselves. So, let's do it to it...!

Badley: The decking boards lay like waves in the ocean...	Bradley: Looks like an effective plan Driscoll, let's get to work...	Bradley: With very little effort, the old deck came tumbling down

Bradley: Note how the beam was lag bolted to the side of the 4x4 post as it sat on top of pilling, w/thankfully a joist hanger? HUH?	Bradley: When he ran out of ledger board, no problem; just nail the hanger to the sheathing? This is why we have building codes!	Bradley: Here's hoping we don't get too many gusty winds out of the south. Amazing...!
