Experience the Driscoll Difference

The Jones say: "Driscoll is a great deck designer/builder. Fredy Lowe came with his computer and many deck designs for us to choose from. We found great value in hiring such a professional contractor. Thanks again!"

       The Jones Project Description:

The Jones family had a large open yard with a beautiful in-ground pool,

nestled in the back of the property. The back of their home was nearly 75'

across. They wanted a custom deck to be appropriate for the surroundings,

something stylish, that the family could enjoy, and add value to the home.

They didn't like the look of the new composite decking, showing us a photo in

a design magazine, they wanted mahogany decking. Lastly, what to do with

their bug problem, can we somehow incorporate a screen-room into the plan?

      Driscoll Solution Story:

After reviewing with us, some 75 CAD designs, we found the perfect one. With

a few modifications, we developed a custom-designed 1,000 sf mahogany

deck with two step-up octagons; one for a dining area and one for a

screened-in gazebo. Between the octagons we designed the front stairs, flared

from 22 to 34 feet, looking out over the pool. There is a second set of stairs

for easy access to the driveway. All the railings and fascias are white PVC

vinyl to match the trim on the house.  We enjoyed building this project, our

work surely worked for the Jones...

Jones: Hey, that's a pretty short gazebo Driscoll, no? Jones: We'll build it up, we promise Jones: Get all those stringers lines up
Jones: This plan is starting to come together... Jones: ... with a view of their beautiful pool from up here Jones: Yes, this plan works...
Jones: And, as you can see, our work works Jones: Now have a beautiful place to dream from...! Jones: Note the paver walkways and outdoor kitchen...
Jones: Walk this way... Jones: Stonefacing...! Jones: A sign of quality..!
