The Smiths say: "Working with Driscoll gave us a great feeling that we got the best possible job done, for the right amount of money. We developed a great working relationship and truly enjoy our new deck and screened-in porch. Thanks!"

       Smith Project Description:

The family needed a good sized deck for entertaining with plenty of room for

relaxing and sunbathing. They also were considering some type of screened-

in space because, "the bugs around here seem to come out-of-nowhere, and

have been driving us crazy", and finally, the Smiths asked if we could

separate the dining area from the rest of the deck?

     Driscoll Solution Story:

We designed a custom deck with composite diagonal decking and a stylish

3-board boarder-pattern, a step-up octagon for the dining area, AND, for

"when the bugs come out" we enhanced their outdoor-living experience with a

stick-built PGT screened-in porch (sip) using Eze Breeze screen/vinyl panels

and gable-end trapezoids. We replaced the right side window (see 1st-

photo/5th-image blue print) with an easy-access door from the house to the

new SIP... for easy sitting bug-free and sipping, of course.

Smith: Nice yard, but sure could use a new deck and screened-in porch Smith: It's a big open yard, and we can help! Smith: But, 1st we'll need a plan. Hmmmm, this one looks good...
Smith: Diggin' 'em Smith: We've got the software and the knowledge how... Smith: ... to frame it up right
Smith: Sticks... Smith: If we just follow the decking board pattern plan... Smith: It will start looking a little bit like this...

Smith: And, when we're all done, it will look like... Smith: Oh yes we can... Smith: Make dreams come true...!
