The Patrick Project Description:
After our first phone call, we received a picture of the Patrick's dream deck.
It showed magnificent Brazilian redwood decking boards and railing with
Spanish cedar top rails. Yes, the Patrick's have impeccable taste, and yes
have no fear, Driscoll can build this for you.
Our Patrick Solution:
We went right to work with our DeckTools software to find the perfect design,
and eight designs later, found the exact design to fit this second story custom
deck for the Patrick's beautiful home and yard. After considering a number of
Brazilian heart-wood species for the decking boards, we decided that a
superior grade Ipe' would offer the best value, and to install them with side-
mounted clips that hide the decking screws.
